AlbAlb Club loyalty campaign policy

The AlbAlb Club loyalty campaign has been designed to reward loyalty and encourage the development of a community around the common interest in art and design. Membership of the AlbAlb Club is attested by a membership card that offers multiple benefits to its owner.

Benefits of the AlbAlb Club membership card     

• When you accumulate 4 points, you can use these points for a 15% discount on the registration cost of a new course.
  
• When you accumulate 8 points, you can use these points for a 25% discount on the registration cost of a new course.
  
• When you accumulate 10 points you can use these points for a 50% discount on the registration cost of a new course.
  
• Members of the AlbAlb Club receive invitations to private events at the AlbAlb store.

Accumulation and usage of points

At each 2 hour course, you get 1 sticker on your AlbAlb card. For workshops longer than 2 hours, you receive a sticker for every 2 hours of the workshop. No partial points are granted for courses with an odd number of hours. Failure to present the Card results in the cancellation of the right to obtain stickers for that course.

Each sticker on the AlbAlb Club Card is equivalent to 1 (one) accumulated point.

Stickers are only received when you attend a course. If you have paid a course comprised of several meetings, but do not attend a meeting, then you do not receive the points for that meeting.

If you choose to use points on the AlbAlb Club membership card to qualify for a course discount, you must first submit your Card in the AlbAlb physical shop to have your points canceled and obtain a discount voucher. You can not directly use the AlbAlb Membership Card on http://www.fenes.co/albalb to qualify for a discount on course registration.

Once you use Points on the AlbAlb Club Member Card, these points are canceled and no longer accumulated with other points. Points are canceled by the Campaign organizer’s representative by crossing the affixed stickers on the card.

Reductions cannot be combined for the same course, regardless of whether they are discounts earned through points on the AlbAlb membership card or discounts that are part of a promotion of AlbAlb.

The organizer, venue and timing of the campaign

The AlbAlb Club and the AlbAlb Store are organized by S.C. Atelier Design AlbAlb S.R.L., legal entity registered in Romania, headquartered in Bucharest, 1st district, 1 Av. Şerban Petrescu St., ground floor, room 1, with serial number of the Trade Registry J40 / 7405 / 25.05.2018, unique fiscal registration code 39406730.

The AlbAlb Club and the AlbAlb Store carry out their activities at the AlbAlb location in Bucharest, Av. Lt. Serban Petrescu St., no. 1, 1st district, Bucharest.

The campaign has an indefinite period. The card is valid until all points are used or when the Card is replaced by another Card. Loss, theft or damage to the Card may result in loss of Card validity and consequent loss of accumulated points.

Protection of personal data

By signing the registration form for the Membership Card, you express your consent to the processing of personal data by S.C. Atelier Design AlbAlb S.R.L. in order to receive membership benefits and participate in marketing campaigns. The processing of personal data will be in accordance with the provisions of the Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of S.C. Atelier Design AlbAlb S.R.L., displayed on the http://www.fenes.co/albalb website.
