Instructor

Andrei Pop

Consultant and Etiquette Trainer, co-founder of the Etiquette Training project.

Andrei has become aware of the impact of etiquette on building relationships during his studies at the West Point Military Academy in New York, one of the world’s most important leadership schools. Founded in 1802, the Academy produced leaders such as George S. Patton, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Ulysses S. Grant, the last two were later appointed as President of the United States of America. Among them, Andrei most appreciates Eisenhower, for how he used his social skills at the most refined level possible to bring people together for a common purpose, and for the tact he showed in the most tense moments.

By participating in high-level receptions in New York, Andrei has personally discovered that you can increase your influence and have access to professionals far beyond your level of experience and expertise, if you know how to make a first good impression, how to start and sustain an interesting conversation.

On his return to Romania, Andrei and his partner, Adrian Morariu, started the Etiquette Training project, an interactive education and personal development program that teaches the art of etiquette.
