AlbAlb is the commercial name of S.C. Atelier Design Albalb S.R.L., owner of the www.albalb.com website, of the information and materials posted on the website. SC Atelier Design Albalb SRL is a legal entity registered in Romania, having its registered office in Bucharest, 1st district, 1 Av. Şerban Petrescu St., ground floor, room 1, serial number at the Trade Registry J40 / 7405 / 25.05.2018, unique fiscal registration code 39406730.

The information and materials on the website are the property of AlbAlb and cannot be used by the users of www.albalb.com except for the sole purpose of informing about the products and services offered or the purchase of products and services.
The information, images, texts or any other materials on the albalb.com website may not be used for commercial purposes except with the written approval of AlbAlb.

Presentation of products and services, purchase price
Digital pictures used to promote products and services should be treated as informative. Slight differences between the image of the products on the website and the real product cannot be considered defects.
Site prices may incur changes. Foreign currency prices are indicative and may be affected by fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Payments are made in RON at the amount shown in RON, regardless of the currency selected by the buyer. Prices are final and do not include VAT. AlbAlb is a non-VAT registered company. The cost of delivery can be added to the purchase amount, depending on the options chosen by the buyer.
In order to purchase goods and services through the albalb.com website, you need to register first. The order is considered placed when you have entered all the required information in the checkout process and have sent the order.
The purchase agreement is deemed to be closed with AlbAlb’s email or phone confirmation that the product has been shipped. Automatic messages sent by the system to confirm order placement and / or payment do not carry contract value.
The ownership of the purchased products remains with AlbAlb until the amount of the transaction is credited to the AlbAlb account.
AlbAlb reserves the right not to honor orders and to notify customers accordingly within 2 business days of placing the order. Any amount transferred for such an order will be returned to the customer within 5 business days of the order cancellation notification.
Payments are made in RON at the value displayed in RON, regardless of the payment method or currency displayed.
Goods will not be delivered and services will not be deemed to have been purchased until AlbAlb receives the payment.

The service is provided by the online payment processor Euplatesc.ro.
No additional commission is charged for the transaction.
Upon completion of the order, you are redirected to the Euplatesc.ro secure platform, where you will need to enter the following data: card number, expiration date, card security code (last three digits on the back of the card).
VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD cards are accepted.
- Bank transfer
You can choose to pay by bank transfer. When you complete your order, you will receive the bank details to make the payment. The order will be delivered only after the transaction is visible in our account.
The product will be reserved for 1 business day to facilitate payment processing, after which the order will be canceled.
- Gift cards and discount codes
Payment can also be done in whole or in part through gift cards, or in part by discount codes.
The buyer can choose between having the product delivered via courier or picking it up from the AlbAlb store.
Deliveries are made on Romanian by courier. The cost of the delivery service is 17 lei in Romania. The delivery is free for purchases of over 350 lei. Free delivery is not granted when using a discount code for a purchase value over 350 lei that reduces the amount of the payment below 350 lei.

Goods in stock, that have been ordered on the website and confirmed during the week, from Tuesday to Friday, until 15:00 o’clock shall be delivered to the courier on the same day. Goods in stock, that have been ordered on the website and confirmed during the week, from Tuesday to Friday, after 16:00 o’clock will be delivered to the courier on the next business day, with the indication that the working days for AlbAlb deliveries are from Tuesday to Friday. Goods in stock that have been ordered on weekends or on Mondays will be delivered to the courier on Tuesday.
For goods that are no longer in stock and for which there is an option to place orders, a period of 10 business days shall be added from the date of order confirmation, before the goods can be delivered.
The delivery of goods by courier is considered to be a delivery period of up to 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days. The return fee is borne by the buyer. Purchased goods must be returned in original packaging and original labels. Goods that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Goods must be returned to AlbAlb at: 1 Lt. Av. Şerban Petrescu St., 1st district, 011891, Bucharest. We encourage you to notify us in advance of any return by email to [email protected] and to accompany the returned goods with the refund form.
For returned goods complying with the return terms, the value of the goods and, if applicable, the cost of delivery, if made by one of the delivery methods on the albalb.com website, but not the cost of return, will be reimbursed to the buyer within 14 days after receipt of the product. Sums will be reimbursed using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
The online payment processor will have no obligation to bear any of the expenses related to your return and refund claim and will not respond in any way to you.

Cancellation of course registration
If you are no longer able to attend a course you have enrolled in, you must notify the retraction at least 10 working days before the beginning of the course to qualify for a course fee refund. If the withdrawal is made after this date, regardless of whether the course started or not, the amount of the course fee shall not be refunded.
The Online Payment Processor will have no obligation to bear any expenses related to your request to waive and reimburse the amount paid and will not respond in any way to you.
All products marketed by AlbAlb are new products that are carefully inspected prior to delivery to ensure they are free from manufacturing defects. However, if you notice product nonconformities due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to request a free replacement of the product. The warranty period is 30 calendar days.
The guarantee is valid only if the products have been used for the purpose for which they were produced and if they are free from any defects due to inappropriate use, care or disposal. The signs of wear and tear due to the use of the products are not a defect.
In order to benefit from the warranty, products must be accompanied by the purchase documents from the AlbAlb store.
According to law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees, all products benefit from a guarantee of conformity. Thus, in the case of lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to require the seller first of all to repair the product or has the right to request the replacement of the product, in each case for free, unless the measure is impossible or disproportionate. The term is 2 years from the date of delivery of the product and is reduced accordingly for products with a life span of less than 2 years. Any repair or replacement of the products will be made within 15 days of the date the buyer noticed the product’s non-compliance.
Processing of personal data
Force majeure is the unpredictable event beyond the control of the parties that cannot be avoided. The fortuitous case and force majeure exonerate from liability under the law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. The parties undertake to make every effort to settle amicably any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. In the absence of amicable settlement within 10 days of the occurrence of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including the validity, interpretation, execution or termination of this Agreement, it shall be submitted for resolution to the competent courts of Bucharest .
